The Sulphur Springs City Council will be mapping out Capital Improvement Plans for years to come. They’ll meet with Director of Finance Peter Karstens Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Executive Chambers on the second floor of new City Hall. Topics will include streets, drainage, remodeling old City Hall, water and sewer lines, the Water Plant, raw water supply, Wastewater Treatment Plant, funding issues and wastewater collection rate analysis.
