During a regular meeting Tuesday night, the Sulphur Springs City Council adopted the International Property Maintenance Code. They postponed action on an ordinance replacing the entire Signs and Identification Regulations section. Councilman John Sellers said they needed to reevaluate it. The council also approved an Enterprise Zone for Saputo Dairy Foods that will allow the business to get a break in state sales tax.
