On Monday at 5 p.m., the boards of the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce and the Fall Festival will celebrate their reuniting with a ribbon cutting on Buford Circle in Buford Park near the Equine Pavilion. For many years, the Stew Contest and Fall Festival activities created a synergy in September. Several years ago, the Stew Contest moved to a cooler October date. Fall Festival will join them this year
