Wildcats Marching Band Director Charles McCauley says the band’s hard work last week really paid off. McCauley says the band had strong performances Friday night and twice Saturday at a Mt. Pleasant contest. The band got the top scores of all 1s. The band earned third place overall and was the top Class 5A band. The Wildcats Band will perform at a final contest Saturday in Prairiland at 2:15 p.m. UIL competition will be on October 23.
