City of Sulphur Springs Director of Finance Peter Karstens says after Old City Hall is renovated, it should be good for another 20 to 30 years. Most of those years, it should serve as a Police Station. Friday at noon, the city Business Office closed and will reopen next Tuesday at 8 a.m. in a temporary doublewide located behind Old City Hall. In about 9 months, the Business Office will return to Old City Hall minus the drive through window. It will be replaced by a kiosk.
