Funeral services for Jerry Allen of Mesquite,  formerly of Sulphur Springs, will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Frank Phillips school and community center, 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, Dallas, TX.  Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2014 at Lomax Funeral Home,  2703 Hatcher , Dallas, TX.

Jerry passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014  Survivors include his wife Phyllis Allen, Three children, Jason, Jessica and Phillip Allen, three sisters, sisters Deidre Ivery – Vaden, Freddie Alsobrooks and Beverly Wilson and one brother Danny Allen, one grandson, Tristan Shepard. Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, two brothers.
