Randy Gillard

Funeral service for Randy Gillard, age 65, formerly of Emory, will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.

Visitation will be at 1:00 pm, one hour prior to service time.Mr. Gillard died Wed. Feb. 4, 2015, in Arlington.

He was born Oct. 21, 1949, in Dallas, to Clarence M. and Joyce June Robertson Gillard.

Mr. Gillard worked as a long haul truck driver.  He worked for Gulf Coast Transport for some 41 years. On Feb. 1, 2006, he married Maria de Lourdes Acosta Perez in Arlington.

Survivors include:

Wife:  Maria de Lourdes (Lulu) Gillard, of Arlington

Son:  William Paul Gillard of St. Petersburg, FL

Brother:  Garry Gillard (Brenda) of Mesquite

Sisters:  Becky Paris (Charlie) of Point; and Kathleen Gillard of Anna

Preceded in death by:  parents; 2 brothers, Larry Gillard and Mark Gillard
