At 12:06 a.m., the National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Hopkins, Rains, Van Zandt, Anderson, and Henderson Counties until 7 a.m. Wednesday morning. The watch area extends from Hopkins County eastward into southwestern Arkansas and northwestern Louisiana.
