Yoga On The Square!

Yoga Teachers Heather Stuckey, Melissa Stroup, Rachel Finney, Sarah Dicus, will help bring calm and flexibility to your Saturday’s this summer.

Saturday, July 2nd from 10-11 a.m. The Zen Within Yoga Studio will be having an hour Yoga class on Celebration Plaza! Sarah Dicus quotes, “We have done Yoga On The Square before and we are super glad to be back! All skill levels are welcome and its free admission so just bring your mat.” Sarah also says, “This is an opportunity for all the teachers to have fun and get to know all participants and help them accomplish their goals.”

There will be Yoga On the Square Weekly on Saturday’s, until July 30, 2016. Also, during week days stop by The ZEN Within Yoga Studio located 517 Main Street for more Yoga fun!
