Funeral services for Wesley Ryan Peugh, age 35, of Arlington will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 17, 2016 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Eden and Cody Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery with Cody Lee, Adam Peugh, Louis Gonzalez, Mason Smith, Jon Morgan and Aaron Hanna serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2016 at West Oaks Funeral Home.
Wesley passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at his residence. Wesley was born on July 3, 1981 in Sulphur Springs the son of Mark Peugh and Yvonne Smith Peugh Lowen. Wesley worked at one time for many years as a loan officer for Capital One Bank and was of the Baptist faith. Wesley also volunteered at Meal-A-Day and during the Christmas holiday he would get names off the tree and buy gifts for the elderly.
He is survived by his mother, Yvonne Smith Lowen and husband Andy of Sulphur Springs, father, Mark Peugh and wife Lee Ann of Sulphur Springs, brothers, Cody Lee and wife Kelli of Sulphur Springs, Adam Peugh and wife Amanda of Royce City, sisters, Morgan Kelley and husband Craig of Ft. Worth, Marlee Gitlin and husband Nate of Austin, grandparents, Charles and Melvanda Smith of Sulphur Springs and Sue Peugh of Sulphur Springs and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Durward Peugh.
