A memorial service for John Henry Perdue will be held Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, 2:00 pm, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel. John, age 71, of Emory, passed away Monday, Jan. 16, 2017, in Tyler, at Hospice of East Texas.He was born March 30, 1945, in Greenville, to John Price and Opal Juanita Blackburn Perdue. During his working career, John worked as a long haul truck driver. He married Sandra Crain, in Dallas, in 1977.
Survivors include:
2 daughters: Norma and Betty Jo; and 2 sons: Danny and Michael

Preceded in death by: Parents; wife, in 2016; 2 brothers, Tommy Perdue in 2014, and, Buddy Perdue in 1996, 1 infant brother; 1 sister, Florene Perdue Armstrong
Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home will be in charge of cremation arrangements.
