Graveside service for Wanda Janice Northcutt, age 72, of Emory, will be 12 noon, Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Dunbar Cemetery. Rev. Rodney Williams will officiate. Mrs. Northcutt passed away Saturday, June 24th at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. She was born Oct. 13, 1944, in Sulphur Springs to Andrew Jackson and Rosey Lee Kennimer Hoover, Sr. She married Owen Taylor Northcutt, Sr. on June 26, 1965, in Dallas. During her working career, Wanda worked many different jobs. Her last employment was as the Recreation Director at Thousand Trails. Although she was unable to attend church in the past many years, due to her health, she remained a long time member of Emory Baptist Church.
