Winnsboro Police made two arrests, investigated one accident, responded to 135 calls for service, issued 42 citations and 36 warnings during the report period August 28-September 3, 2017.
Bessie Webb, 43, of Winnsboro was arrested August 28th on a Mineola Police Department warrant.
Zachery Allen, 27, of Winnsboro was arrested September 1st on a Tarrant County warrant.
A two car minor accident in the 300 block of E. Coke Rd on September 2nd resulted in no injuries reported.
