Winnsboro Police made three arrests, investigated two accidents, responded to 141 calls for service, issued 55 citations and wrote 24 warnings during the March 19-25, 2018 report period.
Alfred Joiner, 35, of Winnsboro, was arrested March 19th on a Hopkins County Warrant.
Christopher Crone, 47, of Tyler, was arrested March 21st for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
Cynthia Graham, 52, of Kilgore was arrested March 24th for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 less than 1-gram.
A minor two vehicle accident on February 24th in the 800 block of South Main resulted in no injuries.
No injuries were reported following a one vehicle accident on February 25th in the 1000 block of South Walnut.
