North Hopkins Hosts Paris District LDE’s
North Hopkins High School hosted the Paris District FFA Leadership Development Event (LDE) competition on November 6th. Nineteen schools out of the 21 schools in the Paris District Association attended this event. They competed in over 14 individual and team competitions in hopes of advancing to the Area LDE competition that was held on November 14th.
North Hopkins advanced three of their very own teams to the Area competition. The advancing teams include: Farm Skills and the Senior Chapter Conducting team placing 3rdand the Greenhand Chapter Conducting team receiving 1st place.
This was the first time North Hopkins has hosted the district competition. They are very pleased with its successful turn out and are proud of all of the dedicated students who competed.
