November 15, 2018 – Special Crimes Unit assisted Child Protective Service Agents with an investigation regarding four children ages one to four years old. All tested positive for methamphetamine. The four children were in the care, custody, and control of Melissa Kathleen Page, 38, of Sulphur Springs, who also tested positive for meth.
Page is in Hopkins County Jail charged with Endangering a Child, a State Jail Felony. She is held on a $10,000 bond.
