An investigation by the Sulphur Springs Special Crimes Unit led to obtaining a warrant and the arrest of Charla Nicole Tillery, 36, of Sulphur Springs. The arrest took place around 3:58 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2018 in the 200 block of Locust Street.
Tillery was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram in a Drug Free Zone, a Felony 3. She is in Hopkins County Jail held on a $15,000 bond.
