December 18, 2018 – Three people were arrested Monday afternoon after Sulphur Springs Special Crimes Unit received information regarding the location of Nathan Josiah Gaby, 33, of Sulphur Springs. Gaby was wanted on a felony warrant.
Officers observed a white passenger vehicle matching the description of Gaby’s personal vehicle at a residence in the 800 block of College Street. As the homeowner, Michaelea Dianne Moss, 32, was leaving the location, she told officers that Gaby was inside the house. Detectives and officers made contact with Gaby and he was taken into custody. With consent to search his bedroom, investigators found suspected methamphetamine, marijuana,and a large amount of drug paraphernalia. Also in the residence was Randy Lynn Webb, 34, of Sulphur Springs. All three individuals were arrested.
Gaby was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram, a state jail felony. He is held on a $15,000 bond. He is also held on a Probation Violation for Rains County.
Moss was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram, a state jail felony. She is held on a $15,000 bond.
Webb was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, less than 1-gram, a state jail felony. He is in Hopkins County Jail held on a $5,000 bond.
