Graveside service for Owen James Newman, infant son of Kara Mannis and Joseph Newman will be held at 10:00 a.m, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at North Hopkins Cemetery with Rev. Philip Mathis officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Owen passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019 at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs. Survivors include his parents, sister, Hayden Mainord, brother, Carter Newman, aunts and uncles, Jake and Cassidy Mannis, Jessi and Randy Hofstetter, Jeffrey and Kristen Newman, Jonathan and Jenny Newman, grandparents, Jeff and Pam Mannis, and Karlett and Chris Newman, great-grandparents, Jimmy and Frances Skelton, Ann Crist, and Norma Newman.
