Funeral service for James Clark, age 65, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Wesley United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at East Caney Cemetery with Tommy Washington, Larry Willman, and the men and women of Sulta Manufacturing serving as honorary pallbearers and Dusty Hudgins, Cal Clark, Joe Clark, Paul Clark, Trey Loeffler, Zachary Clark, Joe Saint Clark, and Larry Crowson serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:30 to 2:00 P.M at the church prior to the service. Mr. Clark passed away on Tuesday, January 07, 2020.
James Henry was born on December 4, 1954 in Paris, Texas to Saint Joseph and Edith Gertrude Clark.
He graduated from Abilene Cooper High School in 1973. James married Gail Moore on June 1, 1975 in Abilene, TX. He worked as a welder at Sulta Manufacturing. for 30 years. James was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Gail; children, James (Cal)a Calhoun, Joseph Miller, Paul Moore and Aundrea (Andi), Cathleen Clark; Siblings, Betty Pierson, Billy Clark, Lucy Faulkner; and grandchildren, Dakota,
Madison, Zachary, Ruth, Joe Saint, Harper, and Jackson James Clark.
James was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, JC Clark, Paulette Sparks.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Breaking Bread Together Ministry at Wesley United Methodist Church.
