Graveside services for Don Everett Foster, age 85, of Azle, Texas, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Restlawn Memorial Park with Bro. Bill Gay officiating. Pallbearers will be Kevin Rowell, Chad Rowell, Cody Stafford, Joe Wellborn, James Randolph, and Craig Towery. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., prior to service time, at West Oaks Funeral Home.
Don passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Azle Manor Nursing Home in Azle, Texas. He was born on August 27, 1936, in Pickton, Texas, the son of Duron Foster and Iva Lee Montgomery Foster.
Don worked for General Dynamics for over 30 years and was also a contractor.
He is survived by sons, David Michael Foster of Benbrook, Texas, Dale Everett Foster and wife Beverly of Azle, Texas; sister, Jera Lewis of Dallas; grandchildren, Luke Hodges and Nathan Hodges; great-grandchildren, Corbyn, Destiny, Ciria, Lauren, Bradley, Lance, Cameron, Adriana, Blaine, Alexis and Alana Hodges;and step-son, Wayne Morgan of Cleburne.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Bobbie Sicles.
Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home.
