Funeral services for Brandy Lea Addicks, age 43, Joshua Lynn Daggs, age 33, and Emma Jane Addicks, age
16, will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2022, at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at North Hopkins Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to service time.
Brandy Lea Addicks, age 43, was born on March 30, 1979, in Garland, Texas, the daughter of Vernon Lee Daggs and Linda Kay Saulters Daggs. Brandy attended Texas A&M Commerce and made the deans list multiple times. She was the owner operator of her own cleaning business “Aunt B’s”. She loved horses and was very crafty. Her family was everything to her especially her grandbaby whom she called “Cashew”. Brandy attended Grace Fellowship Ministries in Winnsboro. She is survived by her mother, Linda Kay Daggs, son, Chance Addicks and fiance Thea Patterson, daughters, Makayla Addicks and Izabella Cagle, brother, Jacob Daggs and wife Misty, and grandbaby, Cassius Addicks, nieces and nephews, Shaelynn, Roxie, Serena and Ryder, Alyssa and Braelyn. Brandy was preceded in death by her father, daughter, Emma Jane Addicks, brothers, Mathew Daggs and Joshua Daggs.
Emma Jane Addicks, age 16, of Yantis was born on February 10, 2006 in Plano, Texas, the daughter of Michael Wayne Addicks and Brandy Lea Daggs Addicks. Emma passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 in Wood County. Emma was a 10th grade student of Yantis ISD. She loved drawing and painting and enjoyed listening to music which included old rock and alternative music. She was really good at special affects makeup. She adored her sweet dog Scooter and her bearded dragon Marmalade. She is survived by her brother, Chance Addicks and fiance Thea Patterson, sisters, Makayla Addicks and Izabella Cagle, grandmother’s, Linda Daggs and Linda Addicks, cousins, Shaelynn, Roxie, Serena and Ryder, nephew, Cassius, uncles, Jacob Daggs and wife Misty. She was preceded in death by her parents, uncles, Mathew Daggs and Joshua Daggs.
Brandy, Joshua and Emma passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 in Wood County.
