Graveside service for Jo Hobbs, age 79 of Frankston, Texas will be held at 11:00A.M. on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Hoover Cemetery in Big Sandy, Texas. There will be no formal visitation. Mrs. Hobbs passed away on April 9, 2023 at Carriage House Manor in Sulphur Springs.
Jo was born on August 4, 1943 in Kleburg Texas to Dave and Bea Davis. She became the little sister to Donald Mac and Jimmie Joyce. Jo married Billy Hobbs in 1994. She worked in banking and retail for many years before retiring from Green Acres Bowl as League Coordinator.
She is survived by her children, Scott Wood, Justin Hobbs, Colby Hobbs, Jodi Wilson and Selena Hobbs; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; sister, Jimmie Joyce.
Jo was preceded in death by the love of her life, Billy, her mother, father, and brother, Donald Mac.
