Volunteers prepare meals at the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center and deliver them five days a week to Meal A Day program recipients in Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County. The Meal A Day Menu for the week of July 24-28, 2023 includes:
MONDAY, July 24 – Blue Berry Sheet Pancakes, Fruit and Sausage Patty
TUESDAY, July 25 – Macaroni Taco Bake, Vegetable of the Day and Bread
WEDNESDAY, July 26 – Smothered Beef Patties, Mashed Potatoes, Pickled Beets and Bread
THURSDAY, July 27 – Cheesy Pasta Bake, Vegetable of the Day and Bread
FRIDAY, July 28 – Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole, Vegetable of the Day and Bread
