Belinda Joyce Ivery also known as “Bren” was born on June 15, 1952, in Hopkin County to the parentage of Grover C. Ivery Sr. and Helena (Clayton) Ivery. She worked at Oak Avenue and Woodhaven Nursing Home for many years. Bren loved cooking and devoted her passion to nursing homes. Bren is preceded in death by her parents, Grover C. Ivery and Helena Ivery both of Sulphur Springs, Texas.
She is survived by two daughters, Patrice Ivery of Sulphur Springs, Texas and Keitha Ivery of Crandall, Texas; two son, Troy Ivery of Sulphur Springs, Texas and Keith (Neka) Ivery of Paris, Texas; grandchildren, Mylon (Shawanda) Ivery, Ashanti Ivery, Breanna Ivery, Troy Ivery Jr., Tyqua Ivery, Dakorian Sims, Traevoi Givens, Aaron Woods, and Ja’Darion Smith; great-grandchildren, Bre’asia Ivery, Trystan Ivery, Jesiah Ivery, Kennady Ivery, Kadyn Harrison, Leilani Ivery and Aaron (A.J.) Woods Jr.; great-great grandchildren, A’kai Graham; one sister, Lequida Ivery Johnson of Sulphur Springs, Texas; three brothers, Howard Ivery, Grover C. Ivery Jr., Howard Ivery all of Sulphur Springs, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
