Jeff Mann touched every soul he met and was the life of the party. You will be hard pressed to find a man loaded with as much optimism and enthusiasm. Jeff served many years in the Air Force throughout multiple tours as a water and wastewater engineer and retired as a Master Sergeant. Thereafter he continued to serve fresh water to multiple communities as well as brighten their day. Jeff was a cowboy at heart and applied that to everything he did, whether it be DJing weddings or announcing at the Rodeo. The man even became a rodeo clown on the mission to plant a smile on everybody’s face. His happy place was as the center of attention, making light of every situation and ensuring everyone had a great time away from the hardships of life; unfortunately, during this mission he was hit with hardships himself. After his service in the USAF he contracted Hepatitis C and kicked that virus to the curb. He was not going to let this speed bump stop him on his path to his hopes and dreams. Years later, he was hit with yet another curveball, stage 4 colon cancer. This fight was his hardest, and during that time seeked out to accomplish his goals which he was ultimately successful. He acquired the one thing he had always wanted, a ranch and a beautiful home in Texas with a loving wife, Michelle Mann, to be by his side. He had made it, he had accomplished what he had set out to do and was determined to stay there to enjoy it well into old age. The cancer that he was battling had other plans though. After surgery on his colon to attempt to remove it, over sixty rounds of chemotherapy, and a clinical trial that was sure to reverse its course, Jeff had lost the fight. He was loved by so many and will be missed by even more. Jeff will be mourned by his aforementioned wife Michelle Mann with her children and grandchildren, his mother Gail Mann, His son Tyler Jeffrey Mann, his brother James Mann, and many many more. Jeff will be up in the clouds on a lake in a Malibu boat with his dear friend Jeffrey Johnson and a case of Coors Light.
