A wake for Dennis Kojack Lewis of Sulphur springs will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Nov. 22, at Green Leaf Mortuary, 200 Putman St. in Sulphur Springs A funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 23, at Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Harold Nash officiating.
Kojack passed away at home at 2:05 a.m. Nov. 12, in his sleep.
The “Support for Dennis Kojack Lewis’ Funeral” GoFundMe account (https://gofund.me/30ddeb27) has been established to assist his niece and sister, who have had health issues they’ve battled since at least April, with funeral and burial expenses.
