A Message of Inspiration From the Author of Living Loved, December 22, 2024

Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing. O Jacob, how can you say the LORD does not see your troubles? O Israel, how can you say God ignores your rights? Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭26-31‬ NLT)

So often we sit back and we feel like God does not see us, does not hear us, does not know our struggles. But that is a LIE!  A device of satan to lure us into thinking that God is too busy, doesn’t care, doesn’t see, or doesn’t want to help us. This is the God who knows the names of every star, the God who gives power to the weak, the God who knows all and sees all!  We cannot measure the depth of His understanding!  We may not see the whys right now and we may not know the when, but we can trust the WHO!  And that who is our Lord! He rescues us and protects us. When we trust in Him we can run this race of life and not grow weary, we can walk by faith and not faint. Every prayer prayed is heard. When we pray He bends down to listen. God is never too busy to hear you and never too busy to save you!  A quote I love says “sometimes God doesn’t calm the storm, Instead He calms His Child.”  And I have found over and over again that when the storms of life are raging when I trust Him He calms me even when the storm is still raging around me!   I have begun to pray this and I pray this over you as well “Lord this storm is rough, I know you see it and I know you have a plan in it, for it, through it and after it that goes beyond my understanding but I know that we are not alone; you have not left us! I thank you Lord that at this time you bring a peace to the hearts of those that are in a storm, that you renew their strength, that you calm and comfort their turbulent heart. Lord I thank you that you go before us and prepare the way. That you are already at the finish line and beyond. I thank you that you watch over and protect us!  Thank you for the peace we have in this place and I thank you Lord that you are taking us places we never imagined going!  Help us keep our eyes fixed on you and not the storm!  Thank you for your love and your grace! In Jesus name amen!”

Friends, you are so loved!  Be encouraged, live LOVED!
