Phyllis Jan Campbell was born February 18, 1937, in Como, Texas to Harvey and Mary (Murphy) Burns. She married Tommy Campbell June 4, 1955. They had two children, Angela, and Tommy Jerry Campbell Jr.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Tommy Campbell; grandchildren, Shanna Howell and husband John of Henderson, TX, Cassie Campbell of Henderson, TX, Derek Campbell and wife Sonya of Kilgore, TX, Dillon Campbell and wife Jacklyn of Henderson, TX; brothers, Gary Lee Burns of Yantis, TX, Denny Burns and wife Glenna of Como, TX; and ten great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Angela Campbell; Son, Tommy Jerry Campbell Jr., and brother, Jimmy Don Burns.
