Graveside Service for Alice Louise Gilbreath Stewart will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Brashear Cemetery with Pastor Joe Clark and Bro. Dusty Stewart officiating. Will Bryant, Landon Burnett, JW Burnett, Trey Hinton, Wayne Hinton, Mat Ragan, Brady Stewart, Dusty Stewart, and Scotty Stewart will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Wade Bartley, Bryant Fisher, Judd Gregory, Maddox Brown, Wylie Proffitt, Levi Ragan, Colt Stewart, Karter Stewart, Kristopher Stewart and Reid Stewart. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025, at West Oaks Funeral Home. Louise passed away on January 1, 2025, in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

Louise was born on June 14, 1927, in The Gamblin Community in Wood County to Houston and Medie Boyd Gilbreath. She married Elton Stewart on June 25, 1949, in Brashear, Texas.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Linda Stewart, children, Randy Stewart and his wife, Chris, Judy Stewart, and Billy Bob Stewart; grandchildren, Scotty Stewart and his wife, Lacey, Andi Hinton and her husband, Trey, Mindi Manning and her husband, Todd, Will Bryant and his wife, Terra, Karla Burnett and her husband, J.W., Dusty Stewart and his wife, Rhonda, Megan Ragan and her husband, Mat, and Brady Stewart; great-grandchildren, Hallie Hinton, Wayne Hinton, Avery Hinton, Ella Manning, Peyton, Harley, Willow, Norah Bryant, Reid Stewart, Maddox Brown, Kayla, Kassidy, Kristopher, Kyleigh, Karter and Colt Stewart, Levi Ragan, Jolee Ragan, Landon Burnett, Kayden Lilley, and Wylie Proffitt.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, son Ronny, sister Dorothy Davis and her husband Elton and one great-granddaughter, Lainey Burnett.
