Memorial service for James “Judd” Judkins, age 92, of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 10:00 A.M., with Bro Phillip Garad officiating. Interment will follow at Tyler Memorial Park in Tyler, TX.
