Culbertson Accumulates Two Additional Child Abuse Related Charges
September 20, 2023 – STEVEN LYNN CULBERTSON, age 66, was arrested this week and charged with two counts of Indecency with a Child Exposure. He was recently is charged with three counts of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact. See that story here.
