Not Sure What to Get Someone for Christmas?

Sulphur Springs, TX – The Hopkins County Health Care Foundation has a solution for you! Why not let someone know you are thinking of them by honoring them with a snowflake to be hung in the CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Sulphur Springs lobby?

For a recommended donation of $25 or more per snowflake, the honoree’s name will adorn a snowflake for all visitors to see in the lobby. Additionally, they will be notified that a gift was made in their honor by you.

Not only will you be able to mark people off your Christmas list, but also get some help on your taxes by making this donation to the Foundation which is an IRS 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization. Additionally, your donation will help the Foundation purchase a SureWash GO Hand Hygiene Training Station for CMF-SS which will be used to benefit hospital patients.

Let someone know you care by making a tribute in their honor to the Foundation’s Snowflake Campaign. What a wonderful gift to a special person and the health of Hopkins County residents!

Donations may be mailed to the Foundation or made online at the Foundation’s webpage. Please include contact information for the donor as well as the individuals to whom an acknowledgment of the recognition should be sent. Additionally, include the name(s) of the individual(s) to be added to the snowflakes as well as if the gift is in honor of or memory of the person.
