Funeral services for Peggy Sue Davis Bell, age 84, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2:00 p.m.,
Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Trinity Harvest Church of God with Bro. Jason Connor officiating. Visitation will
be one hour prior to the service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mahoney Cemetery with Michael
Bell, Matthew Bell, Jacob Bell, Benjamin Bell, Randy Hignight, Jr., Jeremiah Bell, Malcom Yarbrough and
Nathan Darr serving as pallbearers.
Peggy passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born on June 19, 1939 in Sulphur Springs the daughter of Raymond And Edna Maude Dendy Davis. Peggy was a professional caregiver. Peggy was an avid reader and loved gardening and tending to her flowers. She loved her pets and everything Peggy did revolved around her family.
She is survived by her children, Jerry Daniel Bell and wife Lisa, Lanis Ray Bell and wife Kari, Bobbette
Hignight and husband Randy and Tina Yarbrough and husband Kenny, grandchildren, Michael Bell,
Matthew Bell, Jacob Bell, Benjamin Bell, Randy Hignight, Jr, Brittany Darr, Jeremiah Bell, Malcom
Yarbrough and Heather Empkey, great grandchildren, Addi Darr, Amelia Darr, jasper Darr, Aubrey
Hignight and Justus Empkey along with numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Delbert Davis and George Davis, and sister, Marjorie George.
