Funeral service for Wanda (Loyd) Skaggs, age 86 of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with Ray Glenn Jordan officiating. Interment will follow at South Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Skaggs passed away on December 16, 2024 at Carriage House Manor.
