Arrangements are pending for Don Royce Horner who passed away in Honolulu, HI on Jan. 9, 2025.
He was born in Shirley, TX on Sept. 10, 1940 to Mabel & Raymond Horner.
Don grew up milking cows on the family dairy along side his two brothers. He graduated in 1958 from Sulphur Springs High School.
During his 20 years of serving his country in the United States Navy, he loved the times he was stationed in Hawaii, and after retiring spent the last several years of his life there.
Don is survived by his partner Ilona Benoit, brother Ray & wife Joan, & niece’s & nephew’s.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Rex.
