A Message of Inspiration From the Author of Living Loved, April 6, 2025
Hey friends!! Let me ask, what are you building your “house” on? Our house in this sense is our life, our thoughts, our decisions, our hopes and dreams. Are we building our life on the solid rock foundation of the living God or are we building our life on the sand of the world’s ways? When the storms of life come, the foundation on which our life stands will determine how we weather the storms. We can stand on the promises of Gods word, we can stand in the confidence of who He says we are or we can stand on the lies of the world, the half baked false promises of the world. The world is forever changing its ideals and customs, whereas Gods truths are always the same, never shifting or changing! He is where our strength comes from. Our hope and our futures are in Him! I want to encourage you today to build your lives on the solid foundation of God! His love for you never fails, never gives up and He has a plan for every storm that may try to destroy you!! He never abandons you!! You are so loved! Live loved!
“Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand.
