The Sulphur Springs City Council will have its’ second of two required public hearings due to increased revenues in the proposed budget for the next fiscal year at a special meeting Tuesday at noon at City Hall. The agenda also includes a second and final reading to create an Enterprise Zone for Saputo Dairy Foods.
