Wildcat Solo & Ensemble Find Success at State Meet

After qualifying for the State meet at Regional Solo & Ensemble with a 1st division score in February, the Sulphur Springs High School Choir took nine students to the Texas State Solo & Ensemble meet at Austin, TX. The students were seniors  Sarah Bennett, Britney Henderson, and Rylie Bridges, juniors Sydnee Hawkins, Savanna McAfee, and Karolina Espinoza, sophomores  Alyssa Leuzinger and Cinthya Cortez, and freshman Hope Williams.

Sydnee Hawkins earned a 1st division rating on her solo “Love’s Philosophy” by Roger Quilter. 2nd division ratings for solos were given to Karolina Espinoza, Kaitlyn Hope Williams, Britney Henderson, Alyssa Leuzinger, Rylie Bridges, and Sarah Bennett.
