Graveside Service for Barbara Formby, age 77, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at South Liberty Cemetery with Rev. Daniel Lewis officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Barbara passed away Monday, February 22, 2017 at Wesley House – Memory Care. She was born on September 29, 1939 in Dallas, TX, the daughter of Robert Bailey and Helen (Orr) Dry. She married Jerry Wayne Formby. She was a member of the Arbala Methodist Church and retired secretary at Hopkins County Abstract.
Mrs. Formby is survived by her son Michael Formby and wife, Lori and one granddaughter, Jacqueline Ann Formby.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Mark Formby.
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
