Two Sulphur Springs attorneys will be transitioning to retirement at the end of the year. Aggie die-hard Joel Sheffield will close his practice and move to College Station to be closer to his Alma-mater. William T “Tommy” Allison, II, will move from his Sulphur Springs practice to a reduced pace at his home office on an area lake.
