Graveside service for Debbie Borden, age 67, of Sulphur Bluff, will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Sulphur Bluff Cemetery with Clyde Rilea officiating and Craig Shelton, Joseph Shelton, Charles Shelton, Justin Goldsmith, Jeremy Shelton and Bryan Shelton serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM of Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Mrs. Borden passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 in Sulphur Bluff.
Debbie was born in Sulphur Springs on February 4, 1951 to John and Hazel Shelton. She married Roy Borden in Sulphur Bluff on January 31, 1970. Debbie worked at Campbell’s Soup for over 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Borden; daughter, Misty Evans; son, Michael Borden; granddaughter, Skylar Rayne Goldsmith; sisters, Jeannie Shelton Wright, Barbara Espinosa, Brenda Stockton; brothers, Joe Don Shelton, Jerry Shelton; numerous nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, brother, John Edward Shelton and sister, Linda Shelton.
