Winnsboro Police arrested two, responded to 103 calls for service, issued 26 citations, 27 warnings during the February 18-24 report period.
Jody Henson, 30, of Yantis, was arrested February 21st on a Wood County Probation Violation Warrant.
Michael Pascoe, 28, of Lewisville, was arrested February 24th on a State of Texas Parole Violation Warrant.
There were no accidents to report during the report period.
