The condition of the roads in Sulphur Springs, due to ice forming on the roadway, on the trees, and power lines, is becoming more dangerous for drivers. Unless you absolutely have to be out in this weather, please stay home or elsewhere and off the roadways. Roads have been blocked by falling trees and power lines.

City Hall Closed Due To Bad Weather
January 30, 2023 – Sulphur Springs City Hall, Water Department, Library, and Municipal Court will be closing at noon today. A possible closing tomorrow will be decided in the morning. Meal-A-Day Winter Weather Closure
Meal-A-Day will be closed Tuesday, January 31, 2023 due to safety concerns about the weather. Meal-A-Day has chosen to pause the operation to maintain the safety of their volunteers and partners. At this time, Meal-a-Day is anticipating closure on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, as well.
