John Noe Sr., age 82 of Quitman, passed away on Monday, March 26th, 2018 in Quitman,TX. He was born on July 1st, 1935 in Wood County to Hugh Noe and Palma (King) Noe. On February 15, 1963 John married Wanda Cower.
