A total of 89 indictments against 53 individuals were handed down by a Hopkins County Grand Jury Wednesday, September 23, 2015.   Tressa Shana Macon indicted for hindering the apprehension of a felon. A $1.5 million bond was set Friday morning, July 3rd for Tilton Isaiah Joshua Mapps who now resides in Hopkins County Jail. Mapps is charged with murder. Roy Dean Duffey was sentenced to 20 years in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $5,000 Wednesday afternoon.
