Hopkin County United Way at 36% of Goal
The Hopkins County United Way had another solid report meeting Tuesday morning. The drive is well ahead of last year’s pace as they strive for a goal of $160,000. Drive Chair Price Orwosky said the second report meeting puts the drive at 36% of goal with $58,108 collected. 2015 could be another record breaker concerning number of stew cooks at the annual World Champion Hopkins County Stew Contest coming up October 24.
