At 3:38 a.m., deputies were dispatched to CR 2210 in response to a burglary in progress call. When they arrived, the complainant stated that the subject had run out the back door. In an attempt to get inside of the residence, he had broken out a window and made entry then ran out the back when the deputies arrived.
