No Front License Plate Stop Ends in Arrest for Money Laundering

A 2017 Dodge Challenger without a front license plate was stopped near the 136 mile post on I-30 by a DPS Trooper Sunday afternoon. Terry Allen Carver, 29, of Grand Saline was arrested Tuesday by Hopkins County Deputy Walt Kimmel. Hopkins County law enforcement was running traffic along State Highway 154 when, as stated in the arrest report, Sgt.
