No Front License Plate Stop Ends in Arrest for Money Laundering
A 2017 Dodge Challenger without a front license plate was stopped near the 136 mile post on I-30 by a DPS Trooper Sunday afternoon. Terry Allen Carver, 29, of Grand Saline was arrested Tuesday by Hopkins County Deputy Walt Kimmel.
